As a huge fan of the work of Jennifer Rose, we jumped at the chance to join a consortium to commission Jennifer to write a work for beginning band and fixed media. Our consortium premier will take place May 16, 2022 at our spring concert.
Symbiosis was commissioned by Mary Cogswell, Director of the Camelot Intermediate School Beginning Band in Brookings, SD and Chip De Stefano & Cesar Mendoza, Conductors of the Middleton Elementary School Beginner Band in Skokie, IL.
