John Mackey Commission

The McCracken Middle School Bands are pleased to announce that we’ve joined a consortium to commission a Grade 3 work for young band by noted composer John Mackey. Mr. Mackey is hoping to have the work finished by October, so our current plan is to hopefully perform the work at our OMEA/MENC North-Central Division Conference performance in January.
